Get ready to run in the Big Color 5K Race and then see the Pets Costume Competition. Enjoy the First and Second Oceanfront Carnival Parades on the 4th and 5th, and prepare for the grand finale with the Fat Thursday and the traditional burning of Juan Carnaval on the 14th!
